Use and Impact of TIMSS
On December 11, 2012, a press conference was held at the Ministry of Human Capacities on the findings from TIMSS 2011, focusing on international and Hungarian results. The Hungarian TIMSS team published reports in print and online releasing the results of fourth and eighth grade students in TIMSS 2011.18, 19 The Hungarian version of the TIMSS 2011 framework was published online at the same time,20 with the PDF version available in Hungarian on the website of the Educational Authority. The data are available for researchers for more detailed analyses.
